We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
We use one essential session cookie required to keep you logged in. This cookie does not track you, is not shared with third parties, and is exempt from consent requirements under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive because it is strictly necessary for the service to function.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party cookies.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@grampsaid.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Your data is stored on a dedicated server with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to support@grampsaid.com.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data including conversations, memory, and usage history is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Gramps is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
