Simple policy. Unused credits within 48 hours — full refund. Used credits — no refund. Subscriptions — cancel anytime, no partial refunds.
If you purchased a credit pack and have not used any credits, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Once any credits have been used, the purchase is non-refundable. Partial refunds for partially used packs are not available.
Subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you will not be charged for the following month and no partial refund will be issued for remaining days.
Email support@grampsaid.com with your account email, order number or date of purchase, and reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
We may issue refunds outside this policy at our discretion in cases of technical failures that prevented you from using credits you purchased, duplicate charges, or other errors on our part. Contact us and we will make it right.
