Do not make financial, tax, or legal decisions based solely on what Gramps tells you. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on financial matters.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Gramps. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or obtain free credits is prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.
Credit purchases and subscription billing are processed by Stripe. By purchasing you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms.
Credits are non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, or share your credits or account access with others. Subscription billing is recurring and will continue until you cancel from your account settings.
Credits that have not been used may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase by contacting support@grampsaid.com. Once credits are used they are non-refundable.
For subscription plans, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
You agree not to use Gramps to:
The Gramps name, interface, and underlying knowledge content are owned by GRAMPSAID LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
Your conversation inputs remain yours. By using the service you grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating responses.
We aim to keep Gramps available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
Gramps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRAMPSAID LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless the termination was due to our error.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Gramps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
